Pearl Reference One 4-piece Shell Pack - Natural Cherry

The Pearl Reference One 4-piece Shell Pack in Natural Cherry represents the evolution of Pearl’s legendary Reference series, combining the best elements of both Reference and Reference Pure into one uncompromised instrument. Designed for professional drummers, this shell pack delivers exceptional tonal balance, projection, and clarity—where every component works together to create a unified and expressive drum sound. Available at Sky Music Australia, Reference One is built for players who demand the highest level of performance without compromise.

Each drum features a reduced-thickness EvenPly shell, engineered using a hybrid blend of maple, birch, and African mahogany to optimize tone per drum size. Smaller toms emphasize attack and articulation, while larger drums deliver enhanced low-end depth and resonance. Combined with MasterCast die-cast hoops and the R2 Air Tom Suspension System, the result is a perfectly balanced response with excellent sustain, tuning stability, and tonal clarity across the entire kit.

With its reimagined high-end design, premium materials, and precision craftsmanship, the Reference One series offers refined sonic purity for both studio and live environments. This 4-piece shell pack provides a powerful low-end punch, articulate mids, and smooth highs, making it a versatile and reliable choice for professional drummers seeking consistency, control, and expressive tonal range.
